About the Perkins Cybersecurity Educational Fund
PCEF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to democratize cybersecurity education. We provide free tools, resources, and structured training to help individuals master malware analysis, reverse engineering, and secure coding—regardless of background.

Cybersecurity is for everyone. We are building a future where advanced technical education, free tooling, and real-world skills are open to all.
